Land's exceptional reputation as a designer has manifested itself in custom residences and renovations that have been featured in Sunset Magazine. Formally a principle partner of the Pacific Wave Design Group, Mr. Land managed the firm's design & planning division. Considered one of California's premiere designers, Mr. Land has served as head designer or project leader for large scale developments from the $80 million Smith Ranch Hills Retirement Community (San Rafael, CA) to high end residential, commercial and educational projects to state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheaters while employed with Treffinger, Walz and McCleod of San Rafael, CA. Focusing primarily in Marin, Napa and Sonoma counties, California, and throughout the Hawaiian Islands, Land is well versed in regional planning regulations affecting design and construction. Mr. Land's experience and education, beginning with 5 1/2 years of college studies in architecture and planning, through his employment and training as a carpenter, construction manager and accomplished designer has proven invaluable to his clients, associates and builders alike. |
